With
your right mouse button, click on the link at the bottom of this
screen. |

You'll then see a little menu appear, and one of the
options will say...
"Save Target As"
... this is the one you want to highlight with your
mouse. |
|

| You'll then be taken to another screen. And basically this is to
ask you WHERE you'd like to save the file on your computer. You'll
be able to choose which folder you'd like it in. It's not real
important WHERE you put it. Just somewhere you'll remember when you
want to go and open it in just a few moments time. |

|
Once you click on the SAVE button in that screen,
you'll be downloading! NEXT... you'll see a little display within the "File Download"
screen that shows you the progress of your download.
Don't worry, it may take a while, depending on your
connection. Just sit back and watch it happen. |

|
When it's done, you'll see a screen appear which asks
if you want to "open the file" now. So go for it and
OPEN IT! Don't worry... this screen will still be here.
To read the report, you WILL require some software. Good
news is, it's 100% FREE. It's called Adobe
Acrobat Reader ... and most computers have it
installed automatically these days. But if yours hasn't, no bother.
You can download it for free by clicking on the following website
(and pretty much you be using the same process we've just
covered).

At the very least, if you cannot download the file at
all using my instructions, that's okay. There's still hope! You can
still get access to it. Simply CLICK your LEFT mouse button on the
links below ... and assuming you've got Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed, the file will open right up
(it may take a while, so put your "PATIENCE" hat on) and
you'll be able to see it.
AND ... you'll be able to print it too! (but it
won't be stored on your computer using this method - this is just so
you can satisfy your desires and read it!) |

above, with the "Save Target As" jazz) to start the download
